The final day of the Eco Cup was heated. I learned how to come in backwards off the rail and put down a lipslide and a front tail both to fakie during the jam. I tied for third. Then for the first twenty minutes of the jump contest, nobody fell. It was just make after make. I did my new one, switch back 180 varial, first try and learned a new one during the jam-- frontside 180 varial. It's a whole new world riding down the landing that fast backwards. Michael Franti of Spearhead was in the house and right after the awards Bad Brains took the stage. Not a bad weekend at all.
